Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 26 August 2026
1. The parties
These terms apply to agreements for Meta Ads services between:
Luxévia (“Luxévia”, “we”)
CVR no.: 41289414
Address: [insert business address]
Email: a.kristensenmedia@outlook.dk
and the client (“the client”) who enters into an agreement with Luxévia for the services described on this website.
2. Services
Luxévia provides performance marketing services for beauty brands, including:
- Meta Ads audits
- Strategy and campaign setup
- Creative testing
- Scaling and ongoing management
The scope, deliverables and timeline are agreed individually with each client before work begins.
3. Entering into an agreement and trial period
A partnership begins with a no-obligation strategy call and an initial trial period without commitment, as described on the home page. An agreement is not concluded until both parties have confirmed its scope and terms in writing, for example by email or a signed agreement.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are agreed individually and stated in the specific proposal or written client agreement. [insert payment terms, including payment deadline, advance or retrospective invoicing, and whether the client pays the advertising budget directly through their own Meta account].
In case of late payment, Luxévia may charge interest under Danish law and temporarily suspend work.
5. Termination
After the initial trial period, the partnership continues month to month without commitment. Either party may terminate with [insert notice period, e.g. 14 or 30 days] written notice to the end of a calendar month.
6. The client’s obligations
The client must provide timely access to Meta Business accounts, materials, product images and approvals so agreed deadlines can be met. Delays caused by the client may affect delivery times and results.
7. Liability
Luxévia provides services according to its best professional judgement but cannot guarantee specific results, including a particular return on ad spend (ROAS), because results depend on factors outside our control such as the product, market and changes to Meta’s platforms.
Luxévia is not liable for indirect losses, including operating losses or lost profits. Total liability cannot exceed the amount paid by the client for the service during the latest [insert period, e.g. 3 months] before the event giving rise to the claim.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to treat information about each other’s business, strategy and results as confidential and not disclose it to third parties without prior consent, unless required by law.
9. Intellectual property rights
Creative materials, ad copy and campaign structures produced specifically for the client by Luxévia become the client’s property upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed. Luxévia may continue to use general methods and processes in other client relationships.
10. Force majeure
Luxévia is not liable for failure to fulfil the agreement when caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including major outages or changes at Meta, internet providers or other technical third parties.
11. Governing law and venue
The agreement is governed by Danish law. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be decided by [insert venue, e.g. “the Danish courts with the court of [city] as venue”].
12. Changes to these terms
Luxévia may update these terms from time to time. Changes apply to new agreements from the date of publication and do not affect ongoing agreements unless otherwise agreed.
